Ramble camp life isn’t like other event camp life.
At the Ramble Ride, we pride ourselves on taking care of the little things.
From the morning of departure to dinner on the last night, we take care of everything. Sure you might want to grab a beer at the Stockman in Walden or even a pre-dinner snack in town. But you don’t have to. We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the duration of the ride. We take care of any particular need you might have whether it’s vegetarian or vegan diets, gluten-free, allergies, whatever. You focus on the ride; we’ll take care of you at camp. And a Ramble Ride tradition, the final dinner is a grand party: more food and libations to help celebrate your achievement.
If you need a bike, Ibis brings a fleet of Hakka MX gravel bikes for you, and if you register, you’ll have a chance to sign up for one.
Think of it like one big family. Except no one is squabbling.
On the route, we have full snacks at aid stations (and our infamous ‘surprise and delight” stops), ride food and beverages. Lunch isn’t just a whistlestop; it’s a place to have some real food and a break to get ready for the second half of the day.
Camping for three or four nights depending on the ride, shuttles, medical staff, route support, morning Yoga, movie night. Heck, we even carry your camp bag from camp to camp each day.
We have parts, tools, and other items should you have a mishap. We’ve supplied tires, tubes, sealant, new cables, and even a borrowed bike to keep a rider rolling.
Even more, our partners provide exclusive discounts for riders, swag items, and other goodies.
And high fives. Plenty of those.
Ramble Ride camps always seem to exceed riders expectations. We happen to think the experience you have should be the norm.
